These terms apply to orders placed with Cherry Crumble Cake Studio, a home-based custom cake & dessert studio operated by Chef Anshika Johri, serving Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad.

Orders & confirmation

Enquiries made through this website or messaging are requests, not confirmed orders. An order is confirmed once we agree the design, price and delivery date with you directly (via WhatsApp or phone). Availability is subject to confirmation.

Custom & handmade work

Every cake is hand-made to order. Because our work is artisanal, the final cake may vary slightly from reference photos in colour, finish or decoration. We always aim to match your brief as closely as possible.

Payment & cancellation

Payment terms, advance amounts and any cancellation or rescheduling policy are agreed at the time of order. Please confirm these with us before placing your order.

Allergens

Our cakes are prepared in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with egg, dairy, gluten, nuts and other allergens (eggless and non-dairy options are available on request). Please tell us about any allergies when ordering.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and images on this website belong to Cherry Crumble Cake Studio and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for issues arising after handover that are outside our control (for example, storage or handling).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
